Brendan has extensive experience in Structural Engineering design, documentation and management of numerous medium and large scale building projects in Australia, Europe and South East Asia. As well as being very adept in the structural engineering field, Brendan has over 15 years experience working with Theme Parks both locally and overseas.

Lindisfarne High School NSW - Stage 4B of the school expansion.
St Hilda's Private School, Southport - various extensions including the gymnasium and sports hall, science block and dormitories.
Griffith University, Gold Coast - running track, grandstand and vaulted roof structure.

Medical

Allamanda Private Hospital - Involved in many different projects including renovations and upgrades to the critical care unit and cath lab, construction of a new 3 bed ward, construction of IVF Lab, the new 2 storey specialist medical centre, new operations theatre and orthopaedic ward.

Public Buildings

Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre - structural engineering for the $120 Million project involving complicated foundation solution, over 50,000m2 of post-tensioned floors and complex structural steel roof structures. This project was delivered on time and on budget.
Transit Centre Carpark, Surfers Paradise - expansive 2 storey carpark and recreational facility.

Commercial

Billabong Retail Outlet, Burleigh - Billabong Headquarters, creating a massive production factory and office, with a separate adjoining retail outlet constructed in rammed earth walling.

Shopping Centres

Harbourtown Shopping Centre, Labrador - Design and certification of various themeing elements throughout the complex.
Palm Beach Shopping Centre - Project Engineer for precast concrete tile panel shopping complex.
Village Square, Hope Island - Design associated with the multi purpose and themed shopping complex.
Ipoh Fair Shopping Centre, Malaysia - Design Engineer for the post tensioned slabs and other structural elements.
