Specialist Experience

Peter de Luca heads ADG Hydraulics and also sits on the ADG board. He has served the plumbing industry for over 20 years with extensive experience in Hydraulic Engineering design, documentation, installation and management of numerous medium and large scale building projects in Australia, Pacific and South East Asia. Peter started in the construction industry as a licensed plumber gaining valuable coal face experience which, combined with his engineering diploma and subsequent design exposure, provides a solid foundation of technical and practical expertise in engineering design.

He is involved in ADG projects from concept to delivery. His duties include scoping a projects requirements, concept design of hydraulic engineering systems, budget forecasting, fee submissions, supervision of engineering and drafting staff, preparation of design documentation, quality assurance, invoicing, site inspections, management and board meetings, human resource management, attendance at consultant and site meetings, report writing, and other administrative and management duties.

The services covered by Peter and his team include water supply and reticulation, hot water generation and distribution, sanitary plumbing and drainage, storm water and roof water drainage, rainwater storage and re-use, grey water recycling, fire attack and suppression systems, fuel gas storage and reticulation systems, commercial and industrial wastewater collection and treatment systems. Peter is the BSA licensee for hydraulic services design for the ADG group.
