Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is a simulation and analysis of the finished Building Product, as well as the information surrounding its assembly and logistics of construction.

This information is developed tracked and used to better identify and resolve issues. This is created via 3D programs and analysed with a number of visual database reporting solutions. These reports can be developed for validation, verification, co-ordination and presented in a number of formats as required by the project, both visual models or with Report based systems for Clients.

ADG’s Team use a number of modelling and review tools, to generate models, databases and reports on a Building Information Model (BIM) based on the objectives of the Client. Depending on the objectives documented, a standard will be developed and distributed and tracked to all involved parties to ensure compliance so the client can be sure the information received via 3rd parties has met the standard procedures. Any parties not capable of delivering can rely on support or complete project development to meet the standard set out in the Project Delivery Manual.
