SHAPING PLACES, PEOPLE, AND COMMUNITY

ADG is committed to supporting our community and using the skills and opportunity afforded to us to make a positive impact.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

At ADG , we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation. We acknowledge the importance of transparency and accountability in addressing gender pay disparities. Our recently conducted WGEA gender pay gap analysis for 2022-23 revealed a median total remuneration gap of 28.5%, reflecting an improvement from 33.3% in 2020-21. While we are encouraged by this progress, we recognize there is still work to be done to achieve parity.

At ADG we have made improvements to promoting flexible work arrangements and benefits to all staff to support the life stages that matter. We are a proud member of NAWIC (National Association for Women in Construction) and actively support their events and activities to promote the role of women in our industry. We are committed to reviewing all remuneration decisions and annual reviews to address gender pay gaps and anomalies.

We remain dedicated to closing this gap further and will continue implementing initiatives to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices for all employees.
