ADG worked closely with the architect and builder to develop an economical flat plate post-tensioned floor structure, resulting in thinner slabs to accommodate services, and minimising internal columns thereby affording the client greater flexibility in the floor plan. The design was also future proofed to allow for expansion of the building to align with the club’s growth.

ADG was involved heavily in the value management of this project, providing practical and efficient foundation and retention walls solutions that helped maximise the available space for the facility while minimising impact on the local creek and surrounding parklands.
