The project is a multi-level residential development which consists of four buildings ranging from eight levels up to 26 levels overlaying basement parking and a recreational podium level.

The structure is primarily concrete frame consisting of insitu columns and core walls, and structural vertical precast. The horizontal elements are post-tensioned.

ADG worked closely with the Architects and developer to maximise efficiencies throughout the design by minimising transfers wherever possible whilst conforming to the architectural scheme. This process also included a full design review of the tender documentation previously prepared by Meriton engineers in house and completing of all documentation required.

Through efficient design and a jump form core system, speed of construction was optimised to meet the requirements of the client.

This project was fully modelled and documented in 3D BIM software Revit which streamlined coordination and clash detection for architectural, structural and building services disciplines throughout.
