ADG worked closely with the Architects and developer to maximise efficiencies throughout the design by minimising transfers wherever possible whilst conforming to the architectural scheme.

ADG worked together with the geotechnical engineers and post-tensioning contractors to eliminate all piles under the basement slab and achieve a flat plate raft slab solution which saved significant costs for the project.

This project was fully modelled and documented in 3D BIM software Revit which streamlined coordination and clash detection for architectural, structural and building services disciplines throughout.
