The Archer, Roseville

The structure is predominantly concrete framed columns and walls along with post-tensioned slabs. There are also a number of external steel columns of both single and double height slim enough to enable the Architect to achieve their design intent. Due to the sloping nature of the ground conditions, the retention system is a mixture of pile and panel walls and battered retaining walls. The foundations are a mixture of pad footings and piles.

The coordination between ADG and the Architect was swift and without difficulty due to the smart approach of column layouts minimising transfers whilst causing minimal disruption to the architectural intent.

The project was modelled and documented in Revit enabling accurate coordination and clash detection for architectural, structural and building services disciplines.
