The alternative engineering solutions provided upward of $2m in savings from the overall project value of circa $109m.
The Calile Hotel is located on James Street, Fortitude Valley. The hotel consists of 178 Luxurious rooms over 8 storeys with additional retail and resort facilities located at ground and first floor levels. The building sits over a 2.5 level basement carpark.
Skytower is Brisbane’s tallest residential 90-level tower built over 9 levels of existing inground basement carparking. ADG provided specialist structural and hydraulic engineered services for the design and documentation of the structure.
900 Ann Street is a 23,000m2 15-level premium-grade commercial office tower located in the heart of Brisbane’s burgeoning Fortitude Valley. Designed by John Wardle Architects, the tower’s design features innovative floor plans and meeting hubs to encourage collaboration, flexibility and creativity.
The Smith Collective is a 7.1ha landmark precinct and represents Queensland’s largest multi-residential project undertaken in a single stage. Formerly known as Parklands, the build-to-rent scheme houses over 2500 residents, and temporarily housed 6,500 athletes and officials during the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
ADG are providing temporary works designs for the metro tunnel on behalf of Cross Yarra Partnership (CYP) consortium, comprising Lendlease Engineering, John Holland, Bouygues Construction and Capella Capital.

Zuccoli Aspire consists of over 171 hectares subdivided into 1,765 lots to be delivered over 12 master stages. ADG were initially engaged to complete a value engineering alternative of existing engineering designs. Following this, ADG were commissioned to complete the full development based on the cost savings identified through the value engineering process.

State Square Underground Car Park is a three level, 450 space basement car park which is part of the greater cooling Darwin CBD initiative. The car park also acts as a public cyclone shelter for 600 people.

This multi-storey apartment block consists of two basement levels with four, 7-storey towers and a common podium level. The structure is primarily a concrete framed building with 3 stair and lift cores in each tower for lateral stability. All columns, walls and vertical elements are predominantly reinforced concrete elements and post-tensioned slab elements as the main horizontal elements.

ADG were able to add significant value in their role as the lead consultant on this multidisciplinary project in one of the busiest locations in the Brisbane Road Network.
The College Road Industrial Subdivision was faced with significant stormwater constraints. The site was a discharge point for all of the adjacent sites (developed and undeveloped).
What could have been seen to be a significant constraint to this subdivision was in turn an aesthetic bonus to future residents. Farrar Precinct will see the development of 41ha of crown land for residential and community use.
Restoration of a heritage-listed Goods Shed into a two level high-end commercial space and development of a new 6 storey tower in the heart of Melbourne.
The site at 6 Briggs St Darwin was developed into 110 new apartments and a 186 room, 4.5 star hotel on a challenging CBD site with limited construction access.
ADG completed the structural design of twin 45 metre diameter by 7 metre deep insitu concrete settlement tanks at the Gibson Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.
