Stacy is a Civil and Structural Engineer, Design Manager, and Project Manager with over 25 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects and teams. She is a strong and authentic leader who promotes integrity, inclusion, and a collaborative culture, and has built lasting client relationships across a wide range of projects. She has successfully delivered projects from planning and design through to construction, with a consistent focus on quality, safety, programme, and stakeholder outcomes.
She has extensive experience in road and highway design for TMR projects, leading design coordination and delivery, and holds GAICD accreditation, demonstrating her expertise in governance, risk, and strategy. Stacy has developed her technical and professional capability through roles as a project engineer and manager on complex infrastructure projects, supported by a strong technical foundation gained in the public sector. Her experience spans both large and small transport projects, including design, construction, maintenance, and asset management, and she remains committed to ongoing professional development and delivering well-coordinated, high-quality engineering outcomes.
