About
A member of the ADG Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Marco has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) and over 24 years of design experience in the global construction industry. Achievements include the delivery of projects in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Europe and South East Asia.
Marco has strong technical skills in the areas of structural steel, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete and finite element analysis, and working with Contractors and Sub-Contractors to optimise the delivery and buildability of structural packages. Projects have included commercial and residential, low and high-rise, industrial complexes, retail centres, temporary works and health.
Marco is a founding member and Managing Director of ADG providing him with a deep understanding of the collective capability within the organisation. This enables Marco to deliver innovative differentiated products and services to ADG’s clients. Marco remains actively involved in the design, and delivery of some of the Company’s major projects whilst driving the ADG Group strategy including the establishment of the ADG Digital Group and the continued expansion of ADG Engineers.
